Emotional Freedom Technique – E.F.T.
E.F.T can be described as releasing emotions from the body and mind using a form of acupressure which is similar to acupuncture but without the needles.
Its history is related to Thought Field Therapy (T.F.T.), which was developed in the 1970’s by Roger Callaghan but was revised by Gary Craig in the 1990’s.

EFT works by clearing and realigning the energy flow through the meridian energy system so that any symptoms caused by the blockage dissolve and do not return.
The release is done through tapping on meridian points on the body with fingertips, whilst using a series of affirmations to help restore balance to mind and body.
