My career in complementary and holistic therapy began as a Reflexologist in 1999 when I trained with the International Institute of Health and Holistic Therapies, in Hertfordshire. Following my training in these fields, I subsequently opened my clinic, Both Feet First.

Over the years my expertise in complementary therapies has expanded and I now offer the following: - Allergy testing, Colour Therapy, Reflexology, Fertility programme, E.F.T (Emotional Freedom Technique) Reiki, Nutritional Therapy and the Aqua Detox.
